In his publication, Glünz examines the panegyric qasida of the poet Kamāl ud-dīn Ismāʿīl from Isfahan. Divided in three sections, the author analyses the topics, the structure and the poetical language of Kamāl ud-dīn Ismāʿīl’s qasidas.
 
Dr. Michael Glünz is an independant researcher with the Swiss National Science Foundation. His research interests focus on medieval Persian literature.
