Grant received in support of a Conference and Public Programme

News Background Blue-Green

The DFG has decided to fund the OIB’s next grant application: the international conference and public programme Working with What is There—Cinema-Research Methodologies with Non-Film Sources, which will take place 23–26 March 2026 at Orient-Institut Beirut, American University of Beirut, Metropolis Cinema & Cinematheque Beirut, Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth, co-organised by Anaïs Farine (Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris 3, Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth) and Philip Widmann (University of Zurich).
